Shipping Charges:
We do ship internationally, however, without a projected order we can not provide you with a quote. The charges are based on the weight of the order. We ship most international orders via www.usps.com. There are normally 2-3 different options from which you can choose. After we receive your projected order we will email you with the shipping quote. At that time you can either go ahead with the order or simply decline.
Payment Procedures:
Below is your shipping quote for order #XXXXXXX. The charges do include insurance. If you would like to go ahead with the order we will need the following items:
1) The shipping method of your choice.
2) A backup delivery address such as a friend, relative or other. We list this on the delivery paperwork so that in the case they can not deliver to you, they will deliver to the backup instead of returning back to us.
3) The customer service telephone number of the credit card you are using. This is located on the back of the card. We confirm all international customers’ information with their bank.
4) If not wishing to continue with the order, simply reply with a “No Thanks” in the subject section of this email.
